2. Services
ProvenAid Daly City Landscapers provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, and related outdoor services throughout Daly City, CA and surrounding areas. Service availability and pricing may vary by location.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are good faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes or unforeseen circumstances arise. Any significant changes will be communicated to you before proceeding with work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
We make every effort to arrive during scheduled service windows. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may necessitate rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service performance. Please ensure that pets are secured and any fragile or valuable items near work areas are protected. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features not disclosed to us prior to work commencing.
7. Liability and Warranties
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take reasonable care in performing our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Plant materials carry a limited warranty as specified in your service agreement. We are not responsible for plant failure due to weather, disease, pests, or improper care after installation.
8. Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and materials created by ProvenAid Daly City Landscapers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. You may not reproduce or reuse designs without our written permission.
9. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We strive to keep information accurate and current but make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
